Verify the brand of your relays prior to purchasing new ones.
The Touch Plate switches in your home are not a guarantee that your relays are Touch Plate brand, since Touch Plate light switches are a popular upgrade for other systems with discontinued parts.
Touch Plate switches are often wired into other systems (including Remcon, GE and Pyramid).
If that's the case in your home - if your relays are another brand - you'll need to purchase the correct brand of relays for your system - not Touch Plate relays.
If you have Remcon relays:purchase Remcon Relays (even if some or all of your switches are Touch Plate brand.
If you have old Pyramid relays: replace broken ones with Remcon relays (again - even if some or all of your light switches are Touch Plate.
While Touch Plate switches can be used in GE, Bryant or Remcon systems, Touch-Plate relays can only be used with Touch Plate switches, and cannot be mixed with other brands of relays.
