Looking for a more affordable way to upgrade your vintage Touch Plate Lighting Control panel? If you have an old MRU-6 or RU-6 panel that is completely isolated from all other wiring in your system (with no shared common wires, etc.) then this do-it-yourself replacement panel option may be a good choice for you. These sets contains the dimmer board, the low voltage board, DIN rail with mounting screws, and a RJ-485 cable for connecting the two boards. The transformer is included within the dimmer board. You will need to drill your own holes for mounting the hardware in your own cabinet.
Upgrade to the streamlined Touch Plate ZoneZ. This new eight-dimmer board is specifically designed to retrofit previous Touch-Plate relay panels installed between 1940's and 1990's. New features include LED pilot light functionality, Master "all ON" or "all OFF" relay function, as well as electronic stuck switch protection. Compatible with all contact closure Touch Plate switch stations, and can be used to retrofit 3-wire low voltage systems such as GE, Remcon and Bryant.

Boards are built per order, please allow 2-3 weeks lead time. These MADE TO ORDER relay panels cannot be returned or exchanged.
Note: You would have to upgrade your old Master Control Station if you have the older versions with the lighted buttons due to voltage incompatibility with the new boards. (The newer versions of the control stations have small LED lights next to the buttons. These would be compatible with this kit.)

Installation Notes: The line voltage wires get connected in via a screw terminal. The hot comes in the bottom and there are jumpers which connect the rest of the hot up the 8 relays. The load wires then come out spots 1-8 for the 8 relays.
