Description
Install Touch-Plate's PL-RLY low voltage latching relay as a direct replacement for discontinued 1550-BPL, 2500B-PL, 3000-PL or 4000-PL relays. These 4-wire relays plug into your panel to provide latching functionality for 2-wire momentary switches.
Features
- for use in Touchplate's 2-wire low voltage system
- 16A Electrical Latching Step Relay
- PL-RLY plug-in pilot lighted relay with a 4-pin plug end (see the TPL-3000 if your relay does not have a plug end)
- 3.5" H x 2.38" W x 0.6875" D with 10" lead length
- Override test button allows manual advancement of the step sequence
- Individual mechanical flags provide visual indication of contact status
- Relay can be directly mounted to a din-rail (sold separately) with the 7" wires extending from it
- SPST (single pole, single throw): relay only switches directly ON or OFF
- Replaces vintage 1550-BPL, 2500B-PL, 3000-PL (see photo #3, black base) or 4000-PL relays that had six wires: the four low voltage wires extending from the top of the old cylinders connected to the switches and the transverter; the two wires extending from the bottom connected to the line voltage
- NOW: the line voltage wires now connect to the two screw terminals which are not polarized so it doesn't matter which of the two terminals you feed your line voltage into
- To Use With Pilot Lighted Switches In Older Systems From The 1980'S Onward That Used A Pilot Lighted Relay such as those in a Touch-Plate CPS system
