Cover Plate was as described and arrived in excellent condition. However, since this plate is a direct mount to the box, the cover screws should have been longer, about the same length as screws to mount a device directly into a box. Fortunately I had some longer screws on hand, but had to paint them black to match the plate. In all fairness, my particular box was not mounted flush with the wall surface, but about 1/4" recessed. Still, longer screws for these types of plates (direct mount to box) would be usefull.
