Short 4 Decor Rocker GFCI Wall Plate - White
Cover 4 rocker devices with this short cover with one long side trimmed down. If your 4-gang box is blocked on the top or bottom (one edge only) by trim, woodwork, tile, or cabinetry and a standard plate won't fit, order this cover. See additional images and dimensions. Rotate it if you need the trimmed side on the top or bottom.

Q & A
Will it fit?Check the measurement from the center of the screw holding each device in the box to the edge of the blockage. If the distance is more than 7/16" (11 mm), the plate should fit.
Installation Notes
The vertical screw hole distance is set for box mount (3.281" on centers) instead of the standard strap mount (3.812" on centers) for the Decora openings because the screw holes on the shifted opening would run into the bevel. So to install, mount the device and the cover plate at the same time using the same screw to go through both the cover plate and the electrical device directly into the wall box screw hole.
