These vintage style outlet covers fit Sierra Electric biplex and triplex receptacles which both have the same size rectangular shape.

- 2 matching 1/4" ivory screws
- screws holes spaced 3.812" apart center to center
- not a Decora rocker plate - old style from the '60s & '70s
