Lutron's Claro decorator CAPJ telephone jack device is designed for converting Decora type wall plate openings for communication jacks. One 6-pin USOC telephone jack device centered on insert. Fits in a rocker switch plate.

Installation note: Although the wall plate screw holes on this insert are not threaded, the screws easily cut through the plastic. Lutron purposely makes them this way so you can see whether the item is new or used. Kyle Switch Plate only sells new, unused items. We recommend starting the screw hole before putting the plate over it by giving a screw a couple of twists in the hole. Then when you place your wall plate on, the screws will easily twist into place.
