Despard Horizontal Mounting Straps for 1, 2, or 3 Switches
Use this horizontal mounting bracket for securing tandem Despard devices in Interchangeable Switch Plates. Fits Despard toggle switches, Despard receptacles and low voltage trigger switches. If only using one or two switches, your wall plate will cover the unused locations in the strap.

Q. I am replacing discontinued GE and Bryant low voltage switches with the Sierra trigger switches. Can I use my old GE straps?
No. Although the straps look similar with three rectangular openings, they are not compatible with Despard style switches and switches install differently in each. (To tell the difference, please note that Despard switches fit plate openings that are straight on two sides and curved on the other two sides; GE/Bryant switches fit small rectangular openings in their plates.)
