Floor mount assemblies with thick, solid brass floorplates for mounting Quick Port USOC RJ11 modular telephone communication jacks in floors. Has 2 opening frame and includes 1 phone jack and one blank. You can use any Leviton data accessories in place of the blank insert. Durable brass cover plate withstands heavy furniture or foot traffic.
