Mixed-use double gang 1 push button 1 GFCI combo wall plates for covering one vintage push-button switch and one Decora light switch, block receptacle or slide dimmer.

- 4-9/16" W x 4-1/2" H x 5/32" D metal combination plates
- two 1/2" (pushbutton) & two 1/4" (rocker) matching screws
- opening fits all GFI, rocker, block and Decora style devices (Decora is a Leviton trademark term)
- 0.563" diameter push button openings spaced 0.963" apart on centers
- pushbutton device mount screw holes 2.375" apart on vertical centers; standard horizontal spacing of 1.812"
