I ordered a much more expensive version, called the service department and they immediately cancelled the order and offered a refund which would show in about 3 business days. They had me go back and order the cover plate I wanted and had it delivered earlier than promised. The plate did what was needed, though I'll be adding white washers to lock in the cable adapter and get everything secured. The picture and description was absolutely correct and I was not surprised with what I received.
