Arrange a pair of duplex receptacles next to a 1.62" single round outlet on a three gang wall plate. This specialty combination receptacle cover plate is designed for mixed power outlets installed in the same box: two standard duplexes and a 20 amp 1.62" diameter socket plug opening for 220 volt receptacles, etc.
