Sturdy solid brass floor wallplate assembly with single screw-off cap can be used as a replacement floor outlet cover for similar Leviton floor box assemblies. Includes 2-port blank frame for Leviton data jacks (which can be tossed if you are only looking for an inexpensive way to replace a missing floor plate.)
