Inept person installed ceiling plug at some point in time. This was the ONLY product that could cover that messy hole. Looks so much better. PRODUCT IS QUALITY--should last longer than garage. Only points for improvement involve process: shipping communications, packaging, and time could be improved. Cardboard box unnecessary--padded envelope would have expedited ease of shipping, I suspect. STAFF: We apologize about the carrier shipping delays due to COVID-19. Items must ship in a small box otherwise screws get loose and scratch the plates.

this plate did the job when no other plate could, it covered up my sheet rock butchery of decades earlier when no other wall plate in the known universe could do it. I guess the thing could have been sexier, like made out of gold or diamonds or something.
