White specialty 8-32 white electrical screws are used for installing standard electrical devices into a 4x4 box, junction box using a mud ring, or other electrical box requiring larger screws.
Features
- Metal 8-32 screws are 0.875" in length.
- Slotted 8-32 flat head replacement screws are a size up from standard 6-32 switch plate screws used for installing wall plates.
- Length is measured from the widest part of the head to the bottom of the threaded part of the screw.
- Note: some ceiling boxes designed for supporting heavy lighting fixtures or ceiling fans may require 10-32 screws.
