Combo 7-Device Wall Plate for 6 Toggles and 1 Modern Decor Device
This custom configuration cover plate is designed for six toggle light switches along with one decorator device such as a ceiling fan control, GFI receptacle, rocker switch, or timer in the block shape.

- America-made metal custom wallplate
- seven device cover for 6 toggles and 1 decor switch, outlet or controller
- width: 13-5/8"; height 4-1/2"; depth 5/32"
- twelve 1/2" slot head screws (for toggles) plus two 5/16" screws (for decorator device) to match
- white enamel finish; can be painted to change the color
- Decora is Leviton trademark for decor, block, GFCI, rocker, etc., opening
- plate can be flipped over for the reverse layout (Decora on left)
