6.4" NuTone Wall Box Cover with Door Bell Hole - 5.25" Screws

We had an old Broan intercom/doorbell setup on our 20 year old house. This switch plate cover worked perfectly to cover the big, square hole and allow for installation of a regular round doorbell button. The bolt holes lined up perfectly. I think the plate is a little bit too thin for the price (hence 4 stars), but it is working so far.
Staff: Rest assured that these aluminum doorbell plates, while light in weight, are strong. They are made of heavy weight aluminum that is in fact thicker than our steel plates. These covers won’t deform when pressed on and will provide a solid base for covering old intercoms or supporting new doorbells.

I have a home with a hardwired intercom system, mounted on brick at my entry way. I have been looking for a cover plate to replace this unit for about 2 years. By luck, I came across this business and product. The product came in earlier than expected. There is excellent information on the website. The product was in perfect condition and fit perfectly. Very pleased! By the way, I installed a skybell product.

This wall plate cover was the perfect fit to replace an old Nutone doorbell that was integrated with our home intercom. I also purchased the weather gasket and it fit well too. The pre-drilled holes on the wall plate cover aligned perfectly to the Nutone frame that remained in our brick after the old doorbell was removed. My only nitpick is that the bronze color we chose did not PERFECTLY match the cover of our new Ring Video Doorbell Pro. It is very close, but not exact, certainly not off enough to deduct any stars, and makes for a much cleaner installation than anything I could have crafted myself. I ordered this to help cover the ugly intercom doorbell we had. It fit perfectly, painted beautifully to match the exterior color and made the new doorbell button really stand out. I would definitely recommend this product. Great solution for my problem.

I purchased the switch plate to cover up the large hole required for my NuTone Intercom System. The plate holes matched the holes for the intercom system perfectly. I believe the electrician may have had to add another hole for the ring 2 but nothing that wasn’t super easy. The plate is a nice quality material and looks great. I got the bronze color. I had to do overnight shipping and it arrived on time. Highly recommend!

Product just as listed. The size was perfect to cover a late 1970’s Nutone intercom/doorbell hole. I installed a Ring 2 doorbell on this cover. Looks great!
