4" Short Decor Rocker Cover Plate
For single electrical boxes mounted too close to tile, moulding or woodwork on both the top and bottom edges.
Does it fit? Measure your device from the center of the screw that holds it in the electrical box to the edge of the obstruction. If distance is 7/16" (11.1mm) or more, it will fit.

Installation Note: Short plates require the screw holes to be 3.281" (box mount) instead of 3.812" (strap mount). The same screws will go through the cover plate and the electrical device, mounting both to the handy box at the same time, with the same screws.
