4-gang switch out outlet covers from Kyle Switch Plates are for 2 duplex and 2 rocker devices. Duplex openings for two outlets or horizontal toggles. Rocker openings fit 2 block outlets or Decora rocker switches/dimmers. (Decora is a Leviton trademark term.)
