Duplex receptacle switch plates in 17 finish options for covering 2 outlet plugs or horizontal toggles in a 1 gang electrical wall box. If your plate screw hole is in the center of your plugs, this is the correct receptacle cover.

How do I know if I am buying the correct outlet cover type?
Check where the screws are on the cover. (If you just have a device in the wall, look for the open screw holes, not the ones currently used to mount the device to the masonry box.) If there is one one screw hole in the center, this is the correct cover. If there are open screw holes above and below a flat rectangular set of plugs, then you would need a Decora outlet cover.
