How is this installed?
Hardware bracket behind plastic wall plate mounts into electrical box in box mounting screw hole slots that are a standard 3-5/16" apart center-to-center. Lug nuts for hanging a wall mount phone, if needed, are screwed into recessed holes at top and bottom of plate that are 3-15/16" apart.
